Board Meetings typically occur shortly before Member Meetings. These meetings are used for the Board to discuss how things are going in all aspects of our organization and to decide what topics will be put on the agenda for the upcoming Member Meeting. Members are welcome to attend. Please contact one of the Board Members beforehand to let them know what you would like to discuss.

Please join us for our end-of-season Member Meeting to discuss the current status of our gardens, maintenance (what went well and what needs improvement), and review our financial report. We will also vote on next year's Board members. 

Followng the abbreviated meeting will be a social gathering with finger foods and beverages. This is a great opportunity to connect with new and old members. Feel free to bring friends who may be interested in joining!. Help us set the direction for our future. Details to follow in an email.
